OMG! The number of angels dancing on the head of a pin are huge, with all the pinks and reds!! We are doomed!!

The main problem with Antarctica is the so called Scientific Expeditions and ECO tourists. That holds for the Arctic as well. It would be better for the regional environment to ban research projects and tourism and allow commercialization of the natural resources.
Those are different masks being used to determine the ice extent. Also today’s imagery is of a higher resolution than it was 15 years ago. What is disturbing is that Ice Researchers are attempting to make some claim based on their images! NSIDC has provided evidence that we are wasting money by funding them!
What are the pure white areas?
