   The “minority” population is increasing so fast in Texas that it isn’t completely safe for Republicans. Of course, a lot of the minority population is presently not registered to vote.

   Unless the immigration tidal wave slows, Texas will eventually become a blue state. Obama will no doubt try to grant amnisty to make sure that happens.

   Time does not favor the Republicans, unless they expand their base.
