More of that nonsense!
“Dr Iaffaldano said that the monsoon, which increased rainfall in northeast Indian by four metres annually, sped up motion in the Indian plate by almost one centimetre per year.”
Well, I suppose a 4 meter annual increase in rain could effect something.
But this is a stretch.
For any school to proclaim such an idiotic theory is lowering science to the level of alchemy.
Climatology is the modern day Alchemy, Phrenology and numerology rolled into one discipline. They have learned how to make Gold out of a trace gas by reading bumps on vegetation and giving imaginary numbers a magical quality.
So true, and it continues to perpetuate itself.
It’s the gnat on the back of the gnat on the back of the elephant that’s at the helm.
