   Swansea will avoid relegation if the Welsh Assembly agrees to spend the whole of its budget on enticing Xavi, Iniesta and Messi plus a defender and goalie away from Barca.
   The Swansea climate should be enough of an incentive!

   I don’t know but it will have about 6 “L”‘s in it.
