The Summer Heat Is On In Greenland

Memorial Day weekend is the traditional start to summer. And where better than Greenland for a barbecue? Greenland is one of many fastest warming places on earth and should reach a balmy -42 this week!

If you want to cool down, I suggest Antarctica. Temperatures over -100F always leave me feeling a bit sweaty.

So what do you make of this guy???

Looks like current temperatures are similar to the 40’s + 50’s, which of course we already knew.

“The LIA may not have ended yet as the recovery to the MWP climate conditions has not yet occurred.”

Very true … I hadn’t thought of it that way.

    • P.J. says:

Very convenient that he chose 1840 as his start time (ie: just after the LIA ended). I would like to see his calculations if he had data from the MWP. The fact that he uses the term “denial” and he lists other scientists with their links to the coal and oil industry tells you all you need to know about where he is coming from. If his results were good enough, they would stand on their own. His smear tactics are typical of AGW proponents.
