Ah yes, the first nuclear Russian icebreaker. Power plant a carbon copy of the Nautilus power plant (no shelded volume of course). Damaged by a loss of cooling accident when a cook opened a primary coolant valve to clean some pans (a scalded to death person can’t shut a valve very well).
Later they got better at it.
