Can These Two Play Together?

Yes but only if they play 4-4-2.
Chelsea’s failure last season was in large part due to playing 4-3-3 without any proper wide players. Anelka is wasted out wide when Drogba plays. Kalou looks lost on the wing. Malouda is a good wide midfielder but lacks the pace to play up front.
The last time Chelsea had success with 4-3-3 was when thay had proper wingers like Robben, Duff, Wright-Phillips and Joe Cole.
More to the point –
GO RORY GO!!
Chelsea are getting to be a bunch of old men at this point.
