No Wildfire on Laboratory Property; Active Air Monitoring UnderwayFirst High-Volume Air Samples Come in ‘Clean’
LOS ALAMOS, New Mexico June 28, 2011 – Despite no wildfire currently on Los Alamos Laboratory property, the Laboratory has established a network of seven high-volume air samplers along the southern, northern and eastern boundaries of Laboratory property to verify that hazardous materials are not leaving the Laboratory in smoke from the fire. Preliminary results of air samples taken at Los Alamos National Laboratory boundaries show no radioactive materials from Laboratory operations or legacy waste in smoke from the Las Conchas fire. “There are no wildfires burning on Lab property and our nuclear and hazardous materials are accounted for and protected,”

No, no. Not scary enough. Let’s try to fix that.
Despite no wildfire currently on Los Alamos Laboratory property yet, the Laboratory has established a high alert network of seven high-volume air samplers along the vulnerable boundaries of Laboratory property, hoping to verify that unprecedented volumes of highly hazardous materials are not leaving the Laboratory in the potentially lethal smoke from the catastrophic fire, which may be driven to extremely extreme extremes by a century of relentless warming. “This place is linked to Hiroshima” warned climastrologist Dr. Fukushima Chernobyl from his home on Three Mile Island.
The smoke detectors in my house haven’t gone off because there’s no fire in my house. Should I panick and call 911 just to be safe? I’m very concerned, what with the radioactive outgassing of my very expensive imported, flown from Mongolia, granite kitchen countertop and mercury ladened light bulbs.
I think a further hidden health implication of eco-ways is exemplified with my one bipolar, schizophrenic, 7-Up addicted neighbour constantly trying to eat the lithium batteries from my other neighbour’s Prius. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lithium_pharmacology#Use_in_7_Up
Oh the humanity.
You have imported, flown from Mongolia, granite???
What color? I was thinking about Sylacauga/Alabama marble……
Don’t forget the radioactive Americium in your smoke detectors 😉 :

Thanks PJ, I’m gonna die even more now!
