Pine Beetles To Destroy Idaho Forests Before 1987

My first job (other than pin jockey) was cutting down pine beetle infested trees in the Black Hills. Same sort of Hype there. I guess we won cause there are still pine trees there. Couldn’t happen today though, I wasn’t even in high school yet.
