WTF is he hallucinating about? They want to appear as if they did something and they will probably fool a lot of people who think the spending crisis was real

To me this is a bit of good news:

“Sen. Mike Lee of Utah told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer Sunday night that he will filibuster Monday’s Senate vote. Breaking a filibuster would require sixty votes in the Senate.”

There’s way to many regulations. Bureaucracies must make drastic spending cuts. That’ one way to end the need for so much money in Washington.

I do not agree. Democrats won. The nation is damned.

      • Amino Acids in Meteorites says:

I do think the economy is damaged severely for probably about 10 years. But if America is damned it will be because the people of America did not pay attention to who it voted for for decades. What has happened is the moral level of the American people has shown up in the moral level of the people they voted for. But it’s clear America wants to head in a different direction now. Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Allen West, and Michele Bachmann are an indication of the change America wants to make. November 2012 will show this even more.

      • PhilJourdan says:

When I say damned, I do not mean we are falling off a cliff now. However, I saw this as the last best hope to rein in government before we passed the point of no return. Having failed to do so, we are speeding to the cliff, with no brakes left in the car.

Charles Krauthammer is a very loyal Republican. We shall see.

  6. gator69 says:

We will be alerted by the media when, and upon what we have agreed.
