Every Generation Believes The Climate Is Changing

It is interesting to know that 100 years ago (1839) the people of the colony were under the opinion each year that the climate was altering, as even to-day (1934) the old inhabitants say the same thing.

    Was the ship named after Naomi? (I know her last name is really Oreskes, but there seems to be a lot of confusion on the Internet about that. I found a lot of references to “Naomi Orestes.”)

      The difference now is that the current generation of AGW cultists are telling us that *they* are right, and all the previous ones were wrong of course.
