Impeach Them All

We would be better off with the Keystone Cops running Washington. The current crew are all completely worthless. Boehner had an historic opportunity and choked – in world class form.

WASHINGTON (AP) — House Speaker John Boehner says the pact he’s reached with President Barack Obama and other leaders of Congress on lifting the debt limit and taming the budget “isn’t the greatest deal” but lives up to the GOP’s principles on taxes and spending.

Well no increase on taxes so in that respect a Republican win, though the debt reduction seems to be very watered down.

It’ll be interesting to watch the voting later today.

    • No tax hike, no spending cuts. Business as usual – they did absolutely nothing

I’m pretty sure the President was concerned about two things: growing government, and not losing the entitlements he has added to the government budget since he has become President. I still remember him before he became President talking about how reparations aren’t enough. He said he wanted America to make permanent payments to the descendants of slaves.

But the absurdity of it is that black Americans are really the descendents of slave owners.

“…….The bottom line is that the substantial majority of black people in America are only partially black. They are also partially white, and are so because they are of mixed white slave owner and black slave owned ancestry.

If justice requires that the descendants of slave owners compensate the descendants of slaves, this means that people of such ancestry – again the vast majority of American blacks – must compensate themselves. They are virtually the only folks in America of whom there can be no reasonable doubt that their ancestors owned slaves.

        Blacks owe reparations to themselves……

How did Obama overcome what seemed to be the inevitability of Hillary Clinton becoming President?

He hasn’t a single ancestor who was a slave. Instead, his Arab ancestors were slave owners. Slave-trading was the main Arab business in East Africa for centuries until the British ended it.

Let that sink in: Obama is not the descendant of slaves, he is the descendant of slave owners. Thus he makes the perfect Liberal Messiah…….”Obamamania” is beyond politics and reason. It is a true religious cult, whose adherents reject Christianity yet still believe in Original Sin, transferring it from the evil of being human to the evil of being white.

Thus Obama has become the white liberals’ Christ, offering absolution from the Sin of Being White……

Steve – they did less than nothing. They folded with a winning hand.

Sadly, I was correct. There will be no “cuts.” At most there will be a small decrease in the rate of unsustainable growth of government spending. Unsustainable and fiscally insane policies like Obamacare, Medicaid and Medicare remain in place with no reform and none on the horizon.

People are stupid if they think this “deal” (a sucker is born every minute) will prevent a credit rating downgrade. As soon as more details emerge it will cement that very thing happening in the near future due to the irresponsibility and stupidity of our politicians of both major political parties.

On the other hand, it’s one step closer to destroying the two-party system that has served our country so poorly. I wonder how many more grievances we’ll have to suffer before reaching the end of this road.

America has Barack Obama being President to thank for the meteoric rise of the Tea Party!

      • Andy WeissDC says:

The Tea Party, right or wrong, and Rush Limbaugh are going to destroy the Republicans in the next election. Whenever a party gets too far right (like Goldwater in 1964) or too far left (like McGovern in 1972), they get clobbered. I’m not saying it’s the way it should be, I’m just saying what I think is going to happen, because all the minorities and vicitms are going to get their backs up and show up next time, just like last time and vote nearly 100% against any Tea Party sanctioned candidate.

  3. lives up to the GOP’s principles on taxes and spending.

Indeed it does. I wonder if amazon dot com sells tar and feathers in quantities large enough for the job.

As Machiavelli said long time ago, the greatness of a man (or lack thereof) is seen as he dares when History delivers a chance to dare. I guess in Boehner’s case it’s a case of “lack thereof”.

Obama is a social democrat (socialist) who is taking the US toward European styles of big government. Taxes will rise to pay for larger governments to dispense all aspects of US life. He/they believe that the normal issues of daily life are better in the hands of govt than in the hands of the citizens. Its a rather sad commentary on their level of arrogance and the condescention that the average citizen is less intelligent and knows less about what they want than the govt thinks they do.
In the event you haven’t noticed, the price of gold has increased to record levels as the average investor notes the current and future erosion of the value both of the US dollar and the Euro. The Chinese have several trillion in US value and are spending it to purchase assets before the purchase power of those holdings continues to erode. Obama is perceived worldwide as the architect of that situation.

  6. Blade says:

This is the only likely outcome from a split Congress. The Senate is comfortably in the hands of Socialists (ignore the D’s and R’s). It would take ten more TEA party Senators to give a slight majority, probably twenty though, to make a real difference.

Having control of the House is very important, but as far as fiscal omnibus budgeting, they only have one option … and it’s Nuclear. They would have to vote down any bill from the Senate, defund programs in bills from their side, run roughshod over the Senate in conference and consciously let the government shut down when the President vetoes.

With the mainstream media also under Socialist control as well as the bulk of the bureaucracy in the District of Criminals, it would require a Speaker with enormous ballz. Perhaps Speaker Bachmann or Ryan, but not Boner.

Will America learn from this lesson (and all the previous ones!) and wipe out the Senate in the next three cycles? One can hope.

With a favorable Senate, they have the option they had from 1995 and onwards, that is to send budgets to the President with the possibility of an over-ride of a veto. The shutdown standoff will still be in play, but they would have a united front.

This is the problem with institutionalized Socialism. It is like having cancer spread all over the body. Or to switch analogies, it is like letting your kid have a credit card and you keep raising the limit. Will he ever learn? No, why should he? Will you ever learn? Definitely. But remember, 25-30% of the public are die-hard socialists as well. They will never learn.

This is where the fury should be directed. The Socialists are playing every card and then some. They want to take every penny they can and redistribute it to their constituents, to buy votes and to willfully destroy America in the process.

    Revolution Calling.

There are enough voters who depend og government for their way of life that the on;y possible future left is crash and burn. You can not out vote the majority that need entitlements to survive.
The tipping point has been passed! Probably with Clinton or as far back as Kennedy!

  8. omnologos says:

given how much the US Government has been spending this side of Eisenhower, I wouldn’t blame Obama or Europe for its size
