its just slightly north though from where it should be….
If you want to call 42 to 50 degrees north slight! When ENSO is 5 south to 5 north and 120 to 170 west.
It looks to be along the northern edge of the North Pacific Gyre!
This is kind of strange considering it seems like they’re under Heat Advisories day after day this summer.
