Prior to “adjustments” North Carolina has been cooling. But our top scientists correct that inconvenient problem.

Please, what is the rational behind adjusting temperature data?
Mostly a belief that recent station owners are idiots and frequently record the same low temperature two days in a row. This is called the time of observation bias.
Ed, when they launched Envisat, the first 22 passes show sea levels falling….
…they didn’t believe it because the computer climate models said sea levels are rising
(catch that? real measurements showed falling sea levels – but computer games said it’s rising)
So they adjusted (tuned) Envisat to show the same sea level rise the computer games said it should…..
……Envisat started showing sea levels falling again…….they think something is wrong with the satellite
lol, Ed, what Steve and Lat are saying, is they don’t believe we’re not warming and drowning, so they change the data to match their view of reality.
What are you going to believe? All of the really smart scientists or your own lying eyes?!?!
I went to NASA GISS and averaged all the data for small town NM. The results are interesting:

Nice work! It shows what many of us have known for a while. UHI is in full swing!
