I think if the planet were taken over by hostile aliens he might look pretty good.

    • Obama: Well, how did Will Smith stop the aliens when Bush was President?

Advisor: Barry, that was a movie. Also, it came out while Clinton was in office.

Obama: I don’t care about all those silly Republican talking points, what kind of computer did Will Smith use to stop the aliens?

Advisor: Uh, an old Mac Powerbook?

Obama: Do we have any of those around?

Advisor: No, I mean maybe in a museum somewhere, but . . . what? Are you a complete idiot?

Obama (on the phone): get me the biggest museum in the country! . . . Hello, oh, hey Gerald, Jim here said you Smithsonians would have an old Mac Powerbook from before the Bush administration . . . you what? No I can’t get my head up there, why?

      Obama: He hung up.

It’s within the margin of error. If the media correctly put out the fact that our rating was downgraded due to the horrible debt ceiling increase deal negotiated by Obama and spineless Republicans, perhaps the truth would set a greater percentage of us free to see this president is the worst thing to happen to this country economically since FDR.

40 % “strongly disapprove”. That mean 40% of the people he comes across in America have strong feelings that he is doing a bad job. I can’t imagine how it would feel to have 40% of people say they strongly disapprove of me.

At the same time 24% “strongly approve”. What kind of world do they have in their heads??

  4. Andy WeissDC says:

It all means nothing if the Republican’s can’t rally around an electable candidate, namely one who can get most of the votes from the 30% in the middle.

I think we are seeing the accuracy of this pollling…
