   I have heard rumors that to attend the 20th anniversary memorial service for WTC SCUBA certification is recommended but limited snorkeling will be allowed! They are already auctioning off the Gondola concessions with the current buggy drivers grandfatherd in but motorized boats will not be allowed. They are planning to power the gondolas with law graduates for Ivy League schools and stock brokers!
