How many of you remember the number times Nancy, Harry Chuck and other Dems were in front of the camera telling us how bad the economy was during GW Bush’s last years in office? At the same time they were telling us how bad it was, the unemployment rate was below 5%. Apparently this is their metric for “bad”. Each day they marched out to the TV cameras to tell us how bad it was. And of course, at the same time they were telling us how bad it was, they controlled both houses of congress and did doing nothing to take care of the “supposed” problem. This lack of confidence is what causes a recession.
it’s the party of confidence……
The last years of Bush, pelosi was speaker…………..
In 2011, unemployment was 9.2% and the Conservative message was so powerful it swept through both Houses and the Presidency the following year.

They voted for Dopes and change.
“A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.”
Alexander Tytler
In 2010, it was 10% and the voted for none of the above. A shame he cannot run in 12.
