Storm Surge Flooding In North Carolina

Not exactly 4 feet, but they’re flooded. Top of the wheel well is 2-2-1/2 feet. I guess it’s 8 feet in a ditch.
Assuming a frog is three inches tall and a man’s inseam is 36 inches, this flood surge is no bigger than the creek overrun in Miller’s Pond in 1948.
