Hansen was busy hiding the decline in US temperatures, while Mann had an equally tough job – making the Medieval Warm Period disappear.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

18 years of actual warming (1980-1998) is what this whole scam is based upon. Otherwise there has been no warming since the 1930s.
There is a logical problem with these continuing adjustments. Some of the more fanatical voices (and there are a lot of them out there) have argued that even 1C of warming this century will have devastating consequences. Yet Warmists have tried to milk the last century for nearly 1C of warming from the original estimate of .5C-.6C. We are getting close to .9C of presumed warming now. OK, if that .9C really happened in the 20th century, what bad things happened to the environment as a consequence? How was it “shocked” by the change?
More dandruff.
