July 1936 Was Twenty-One Degrees Hotter In Iowa Than July 2009

If you want an idea of just how clueless James Hansen is about the 2011 heatwave, check out the graph below.  Maximum July temperatures in Iowa averaged more than ten degrees cooler in 2011 than they did in 1936.

    Some year there in the 1890’s is hotter than any year since 1936. That is not very convincing evidence of catastrophic warming.
