If your area is declared a drought, then here comes the govt.money. The same applies to disasters. I’ve seen counties with a couple toppled trees declared disaster areas since the adjacent county had a tornado. They just piggyback on other claims.
Remember the orange juice drought claims in the movie “Trading Places?”
