Accuweather says that part of the US is expected to be above normal temperatures this winter. Romm and McKibben will have to shift their tunnel vision to the Northwest.

    What does the Farmers’ Almanac say about the coming winter? It is usually very close to what actually happens (at least, the few times I have checked it out).

    Romm can do a piece called “The Red cries of Montana” at Think Progress in which he assumes the character of Vladimir Lenin (Romm already has a remarkable resemblance and only needs a facial hair tweek to pull it off) while spouting wild political beliefs and strategies that would bring us back to a standard of living similar to Russia in 1920.
