It is hard to argue with the records. It does not matter what was said regarding 2016 +-3 when the record actually shows the year 2013 was said and that as being too conservative.
The problem with the alarmist position is they seem to make a lot of contradictory claims. I guess we can also “Cherry Pick” their statements to support any position we want.
The Navy could not look sillier. Not even if they hired a bunch of costumed effeminate lounge singers to promote enlisting… oh wait…
