The alarmists can do it. They’ll sit in a circle, sing Koombayah and ice will melt. Then they can continue to collect their trillions in carbon taxes. No wonder they are panicking.
There is nothing “normal” about a 1979-2000 meaningless mean.
If they all assemble on the North Pole with their hair dryers and space heaters, they might trigger a great melt — within a few feet. Exhaling heavily might also help. It could cause CO2 levels to rise, trapping heat and resulting in more downwelling long-wave infrared. By the time that happened, they’d be permanent frozen fixtures, a monument to the stupidity AGW science.
