More Shocking Imagery Of “Abnormally Dry” Fort Collins, Colorado

I read that the Colorado State Climatologist just let everyone know he was afraid to speak about global warming but that recent fires gave him the permission to come out of his global warming closet and jump on the bandwagon by saying Colorado is being burnt to a crisp because of global warming. đŸ™‚
That grass looks photoshopped.
Yeah, right. I’m not falling for it. That’s the Greenland webcam.
I come from Wyoming.
You do know the reason we called you Greenies had nothing to do with the license plates?
A shocking contrast to the Giro de Italia, which posponed the Bycicle race today because of snow on the route. http://velonews.competitor.com/2013/05/news/snow-forces-giro-organizers-to-cancel-stage-19_288444
If you put a little Homer/Hansen with his axe in every picture like this, you could make the point that he is a blight upon the scenery, without saying a word. Of course, that would mean deliberately blighting your pictures…so never mind. Maybe a Homer/Hansen icon, way in the background and out of the way, as a trademark.
Nature has obviously adapted to abnormal dryness. There is no other explanation.
shocking! A Tinderbox of desolation!
if you have 20 days of dry weather(climate), it is now considered a drought!
I heard that on the news 2 nights ago, local radio weather idiot stated that we were in a drought.
I checked my numbers and we were 14 ml above normal to the end of April.
Then, we had a dry and hot May, and he had the gall to say we were in a drought!
Of course, we have minor flooding now in southern alberta!! 2 days of heavy rain, which will put our May numbers above normal…but i guess its a drought! (shaking heading…)
Just wait a couple of months until that grass dries up, oi and some idiot tosses as cigarette butt out in it. Then they will be blaming global warming on the fires.
Fire season here is May and June. By July it is too humid from the summer monsoons.
