The actual ending :
Psycho breaks into the school. Principal calls for people with guns to come save them from the psycho. While waiting for the people with guns to arrive twenty minutes later, principal and 28 other people get killed by the psycho. Obama goes on 2nd amendment destruction rampage.
Alternate ending :
Psycho breaks into the school. Principal pulls out her rifle and shoots the psycho. 29 people open their Christmas presents. Sandy Hook becomes a model for how to protect children at school. People cheer the 2nd amendment for saving those kids.

Thinking that you can stop violence by banning self defense is like trying to cure malnutrition by forced fasting.
Moore could have had an alternate ending as well. Why are schools such dangerous places? The residents of my home would have survived both onslaughts.
