Population controls won’t improve the environment. First, birth control comes with development, which harms the environment more than if people stayed rural and had more kids. Second, birth control is mostly practiced by yuppies and college grads — the gene pool who should be having MORE kids — and not practiced by the underclass, thanks to Medicaid-like comforts in developed socially engineered regions. Hence, the middle class shrinks relative to a growing underclass. Wages for unskilled labor decline as that labor pool increases. But the upper class is subsidized to professionally comfort them, while the overtaxed middle class only gets more loans (and debt), and delays marriage and limits offspring ever more.
Progressive policies cause regressive realities. Remember that.
