Ellsberg may have had some kind of sudden epiphany now as he nears his demise.
However this little SOB had no such intentions with the Pentagon Papers. Like the majority of “anti-war” malcontents, he wanted to hand over the yellow skins to the Communists, because donch’a know, they need a strongman to unify them and control them. Democracy and freedom are for white folks.
