   “All atmospheric and oceanic indicators of ENSO have remained neutral (neither El Niño nor La Niña) since mid-2012. While most models suggest that neutral conditions will continue in 2013, it remains possible that a La Niña event could develop later in the year.”

   weak warm nino 3.4 most likely and if so, far east and europe get punished again. US off to a faster starting more harsh early/mid winter. ECMWF already seeing this

   Hansen seems to be somewhat mysoginistic. Not recognising in the feminine weather phenomenon? He may need some counselling, perhaps by Arnie Schwarzenegger or Tiger Woods?
