The Pretendident is a very learned scholar. I think what he was trying to explain here is the terrible correlation between declining Arctic Ice and the once healthy murder rate in Florida.
There is rumor of a similar disturbing correlation with the incidence of twins among Siberian Yaks.
Looks like an uptick the year skittles took office.
It looks like Obama is emulating Bush (who, we know, bestrides his damaged psyche like the albatross did the Ancient Mariner’s)…so we can expect an upturn to the “good old days” of 2007 (remember, I’m just talking about Florida murder rates here), maybe as early as 2015 (or 2014-2016). It all depends upon when the shooting war actually starts, I guess…I’m trying to joke about this, but Obama is like the Saddam Hussein–or better, the Ahmadinejad–of America (I wouldn’t be surprised if he started pushing for an African-American nuclear capability, or at least a Chicago black activist in charge of ours).
