For the southeast too! Gail Combs (WUWT and Musings of the ChiefIO) says they are positively swimming in NC! I am slightly better off, just wading. But of course this was after they forecast a “hot and dry” summer (we are about 10 inches over the “dry” line so far this summer).

The Canadian weather prediction by “Environment Canada Agency ” has a 40% accuracy rate.
So who ever you have running a similar agency in the US, I don’t think it is any better.
If I use this analysis for a consumer product, they be out of business long ago.
