I had an employee who was a member of a black fraternity. One day he left his frat’s monthly magazine out in the break room, and I leafed through it. The lead article was describing how it is acceptable for blacks to loot and destroy because of white oppression. And these are supposed to be their educated leaders.
Agreed. President Obama’s assertion that there would have been a different outcome had the attacker been white is detached from reality.
Effectively, he is saying that whites cannot defend themselves against blacks. He is outfitting blacks in Ghost Dance shirts.
If Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson can profit off of white guilt, why can’t the common black man and woman do the same? We live in America Gator. The land of opportunity.

That’s what I thought sub-consciously, but I wouldn’t want to offend any of the people whose great great great grandfathers were owned by my great great great grandfathers (oh wait, my great grandfathers all emigrated here in the early 20th century), so I wouldn’t want the color of my skin in addition to the words above to cause offense to people who obviously have some *long* held grievances and find it necessary to take what should be theirs by virtue of what happened 150 years ago in the south.
This sort of reminds of those Muslim protesters who staged a violent rally over claims that Islam was a religion of violence.
They loot over a legal trial that declared Zimmerman not guilty that supports the original Sanford police departments investigation and the prosecutors conclusions of accepting Zimmermans self defense claim as being valid and supportable.
The Obama Administration thinks people have no right to self defense.

Defending yourself has to stop. Resisting assault creates conflict.
So, in a nutshell, Obongo is saying that the Pacific Fleet in Pear Harbor should have retreated to San Diego while it was being bombed by the Japanese. Makes sense to me.
Every neighbor of mine is well-armed and we all look out for each other, so the “concept of self-defense” only “sows dangerous conflict” upon those who come into our neighborhood to inflict harm on someone. That is precisely why the 2nd Amendment was included in the Founders’ Top Ten Rights.
