When did reliable satellite observations begin: 1972 as asserted in this article, or 1979 as IPCC and NOAA would have us believe?
In 1990 the NYT would not have believed that 24 years in the future real climatologists would write articles aimed directly at their subscribers about NH cold and snow cover, cutting out the middleman.
