According to crack government scientists, the symptoms of global warming and global cooling are identical
Global cooling had exactly the same effect. The science is settled

Same as it ever was…Same as it ever was…Same as it ever was…

Thanks… now that will be stuck in my head ALL DAY LONG… Arghhhhh.
The do have the same symptoms … more bureaucrats, more taxes, more control …
There’s you answer then… everything is either Global Warming or Global cooling.
Or something else!
Fortunately those living today are experiencing a “Pause”, in which case it must be a perfect climate.
Sometimes I wonder ‘What if’ we were an advanced species and were to come across a planet to colonize…. What would we determine the ideal Global Maximum Mean Temp?
More snow ?

Reblogged this on Climatism and commented:
drought/flood + cold/hot = Severe mann-made climate change.
“…The western world’s leading climatologists have confirmed recent reports of a detrimental global climatic change. The stability of most nations is based upon a dependable source of food, but this stability will not be possible under the new climatic era. A forecast by the University of Wisconsin projects that the earth’s climate is returning to that of the neo-boreal era (1600-1850) – an era of drought, famine, and political unrest in the western world….one nation after another experienced the impact of the climatic change. Headlines from around the world told a story still not fully understood or ones we don’t want to face, such as:
Burma (March 1973) – little rice for export due to drought
North Korea (March 1973) – record high grain import reflecting poor 1972 harvest
Costa Rica and Honduras (1973) – worst drought in 50 years
United States – (April 1973) – “flood of the century along the Great Lakes”
Japan – (1973) – Cold spell seriously damaged crops
Pakistan – (March 1973) – planned import of U.S. grain to off-set crop failure due to drought
Pakistan – (August 1973) – worst flood in 20 years affected 2.8 million acres
North Vietnam (September 1973) – important crop damaged by heavy rains
Manila (March 1974) – millions in Asia face critical rice shortage
Ecuador (April 1974) – shortage of rice reaching crisis proportion; political repercussions could threaten its stability”

Oh yeah, dated August, 1974.
Some analogs from current news-clippings blaming a warming world>/i> for the same things listed above as being caused by a cooling world:
Rice imports:

Worst droughts South America style:

Flood of the Century(!):

Cold Spells:

Grain Exports:

You see, in order to properly determine whether it’s Global Warming or Global Cooling, you have to stick your finger in the air and see which way the policymaker’s wind is breaking.
Someone get Joe to explain what being gay has to do with Climate.
That just means that the weather is always good now, was perfect in the past and will be catastrophic in the future. Always. It’s just human nature to fear the future and yearn for the good old days.
Read this excellent book about how it works:

Btw. it also shows that the first oil peak was predicted to happen in 1923…
Wow, it converted an url to that attention-seeking monstrosity.
If you use a link with the name of the book it doesn’t do that.
