Last Day In Paradise

Today is my last full day on the Riviera Maya. It sucks, because the my first night here I got more than 300 mosquito bites on my feet and ankles and spent most of the trip suffering from that. I also broke three toes and got a gash in the bottom of my foot playing beach volleyball. Yesterday was the first day which I wasn’t in pain.

With the assistance of my friends Pina Colada, Margarita and baby creme, I have been able to play about four of five hours of beach volleyball, water polo, and soccer a day and take many long walks along the spectacular beaches. It is going to really stink to have to return to the overheated CO2 polluted US tomorrow.

🙂 sounds like it may be somewhat safer at home if youve done that much damage having too much fun elsewhere:-0

Just think how horrible it would be if you had to permanently adapt to the warmer temperature where you are now. You Sir, are a pioneer and can retire on the books you have yet to write on how you survived this unspeakable horror!
To be able to survive those higher temperatures and come back to a livable climate is unheard of!
Humans have never done that before, you must be an Iron Man or something.

  3. Tony, when you get back to Maryland don’t drink the water

    TSA is waiting for you.

Don’t you just hate it when foreign tourists leave their broken Corona bottles on the beach?

As an older man you have to suffer more to impress the young ladies. You could also buy a Ferrari with your skeptic oil dollars.

You are not exactly the poster child for Mexican beaches. I think i’ll stick to the San Diego and L.A. beaches which have all the same advantages with no mosquitoes. Broken glass still remains a possibility, of course, possibly done by the same type of person.
