Australia’s Great Barrier Reef is growing rapidly and at record high levels of coverage – even as the New York Times reports the reef is dying.

Patrick Moore the co-founder of Greenpeace discusses the lies about the Great Barrier reef & the fake floating trash island in Pacific
its all about $$$$$$$$$$$$
Hey Tony, keep up the good work, but these guys are relentless. In my inbox today AAAS (Science mag) is fundraising off of ‘runaway’ climate change. Did you know that Jackson MO is getting so hot that they desperately need cooling centers (AKA: air conditioners)? Some places are so impoverished they lack trees and green spaces.
From their fundraiser:
“There isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution for tackling the global issue of climate change on a local level. Fortunately, science has options for every community.
In communities lacking access to quality healthcare and cooling features like trees and green spaces, hotter weather is becoming a significant threat.
AAAS empowers scientists to act as leaders on climate change while partnering with local communities to understand their needs and implement solutions.
In Jackson, Mississippi, where extreme heat is an increasingly serious public health issue, scientists and local leaders are working together to identify the steps they can take to build healthier and more sustainable cities as temperatures rise. City leaders and community groups are working together to develop neighborhood cooling centers. The centers provide immediate relief on hot days while connecting community members to climate change education and other heat mitigation resources throughout the city. “
The NYT always banks on their readers refusal to read any other viewpoint.
I wish everyone well and that none of the politicized, projected disasters occur.
Five (5) Stages of Interest in MM Global Warming (& all political issues)
Political scientist Anthony Downs described the downward trajectory of many political movements in an article for the Public Interest, “Up and Down With Ecology: The ‘Issue-Attention Cycle,’ ” published in 1972. Observing the movements that had arisen to address issues like crime, poverty and even the U.S.-Soviet space race, Mr. Downs discerned a five-stage cycle through which political issues pass regularly.
• The first stage involves groups of experts and activists calling attention to a public problem, which leads quickly to
• The second stage, wherein the alarmed media and political class discover the issue. The second stage typically includes a large amount of euphoric enthusiasm—you might call it the “dopamine” stage—as activists conceive the issue in terms of global peril and salvation.
• The third stage: the hinge…there soon comes “a gradually spreading realization that the cost of ‘solving’ the problem is very high indeed.”
• the fourth stage: a gradual decline in the intensity of public interest in the problem.”
• The fifth stage – where an issue that has been replaced at the center of public concern moves into a prolonged limbo—a twilight realm of lesser attention or spasmodic recurrences of interest.”

They started this back in the 70’s. They already went through the 5 stages before, but never with so much media and political pressure. So this is why they have to keep yelling louder and scarier – but we are in the latest, and final, 3rd stage. I say final because they have gone “all in” on this one, the economy is bad already so their little tricks will make it painfully clear that the cost of solving this problem is astronomic – and a little ice age has already begun – they could, of course, tell their faithful that it is hot outside when it is snowing. They have already blamed cold fronts/arctic on global warming

and one rebuttal

The vaccines are in stage 2 and 3. The media and politicians continue to propagandize the issue and suppress alternative cures, such as Ivermectin, Zinc, Vitamin d3, C, and HCQ, that don’t have the lockdowns/mask mandates.
Thanks for the link to the 1972 Science Policy paper and good summation of it.
The latest from down under, comes from our very own climate catastrophist, Tim Flannery, when in today’s (21st October) Sydney Morning Herald he calls for an end to something called, “Climate Pollution”.
Look that up in your Funk & Wagnalls.
