Your former Host provider does not run out space and deletes all your data and shortly after you move away your site gets attacked,
for the same reason a guy like Russel Brand is not coincidenctaly being attacked by the UK government,Youtube and the Washington Pest.

and the attacker is most probably some skilled guy who was encouraged and maybe paid to do so.
