    The 300 ppm CO2 indicated in the graph about 330,000 years ago is NOT an absolute valid number, although the uninformed pretend it is.

    The trauma of ice core extraction loses 30 to 50% if the trapped gases due to micro fractures and decompression. Call it 40%. Back calculate the CO2: 300 = x times 0.60, or x = 300/0.60. The answer is 500 ppm CO2 330.000 years ago. We are long from there even now.

    We have to be careful comparing different data sets as they are NOT the same.
