UNITED NATIONS — President Obama, emboldened by his use of executive powers to fight climate change at home, challenged China on Tuesday to make the same effort to reduce its greenhouse-gas emissions and join a worldwide campaign to curb global warming.
Obama is emboldened by acting alone. People say that can make you go blind, or grow hair on your palms.

He is willfully blind to the results of his actions, and willfilly blind in taking responsibility for his past errors and his negligence, and he is willful in attempting to divide the social fabric of the USA and other nations.
Let history remember him as the most willful president of the United States.
No, he thinks that doing the same thing over and over will achieve different results. He is not willfully blind. He is arrogantly indifferent.

He said China will announce post-2020 actions on climate change “as soon as we can” and that these would include “marked progress in reducing carbon intensity” and “the peaking of total carbon dioxide emissions as early as possible”.
Li Shuo Greenpeace Senior Climate and Energy Policy Officer said that it is the first time such a high-ranking Chinese government member mentioned a peak emissions target
…and it is only going to take them six more years of building coal plants, to get around to it.

Don’t worry, in a little over 2 more years Obama will have more room to maneuver. However if things go right for the GOP and if things go wrong for
Obama this November 4th he may have more empty room starting on 01/03/2015.
