The Baltic Sea is freezing up much earlier than normal. We are told that the record cold in the Baltic is due to a lack of sea ice, so it follows that the excess sea ice is due to a lack of sea ice.

It is cold, I promise! not fun at all, where I live (north of Stockholm) it has been below freezing point since the 23:th of november.
There is a lot of snow, I can not imagine what it will look like unless we soon will have some days above freezing point, but there are no such weather predictions just more cold….
Stockholm can be a very cold place. It is far away from the Gulf stream, and close to Siberia……
