Can we be assured that Michael Bloomberg will be swept out to sea?

  2. gator69 says:

What is the NYT doing making sea level predictions? Are they now considered ‘climate experts’, and part of the 97 percenters?

  3. I am surprised no one is suing them, or any of the other ridiculous alarmists.

You must have standing to sue. Standing means that you can show the court that you suffered or that you are likely to suffer a tort of loss because of the wrongful actions or potential wrongful actions of the defendants.

Not going to your company picnic because a permanent heat wave or sea level rise didn’t happen doesn’t rise to the level of standing.

On a more cheerful note, investing millions or billions of dollars in a fraudulent cap and trade scheme may well reach the level of standing. At least we can hope can’t we? If that happens then the Super Sexy Sex Kitten, Al Gore will be the one getting hit on or felt up at the West Coast Spas and bath houses when he is forced once again to work to make ends meet. (no pun intended)

New York City is a plague infecting the Nation, it should be quarantined.
