Obama Rule Requires That Daycare Centers Hire Felons

Because blacks commit a disproportionate number of crimes, it is illegal to hold an applicant’s murder, rape and child molestation record against them when they apply for a daycare job.

Attorneys general across the country are fighting back against new Obama administration guidelines on businesses using criminal background checks for job applicants and two federal lawsuits that followed, calling both “a quintessential example of gross federal overreach.”

The nine attorneys general sent the letter Wednesday to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which in April 2012 voted in favor of the new guidelines that warn such checks can discriminate against African-Americans because they being are arrested at a disproportionate rate compared to the rest of the U.S. population.

Obama is actively working to destroy the United States, and 47% of the country and most of the press corpse are cheering him on.

Remember when he was pretending last year that he cared about schoolchildren, as an excuse to wreck the Bill of Rights?

That is beyond belief. When is someone going to impeach that man?

    • squid2112 says:

When are we going to treat him the same as he is treating Zimmerman?

    • Jason Calley says:

The House of Representatives has a Republican majority. Obama can be impeached any time Republican leadership decides to. But of course they won’t. No doubt they would tell you, “What’s the point? The Dems control the Senate.” Very handy excuse.

Of course the thought of removing Obama is a fantasy anyway. The American political system is only a pretend play which is put on to convince your average American Boobus that he has any influence of control of the ruling class. (Which reminds me of the old definition of democracy. DEMOCRACY: the belief that you and your wife have twice as much political power as David Rockefeller.)

      • There Is No Substitute for Victory says:

Yes it is convenient and the Tea Party and their cohort of idiot candidates and cretin party members are the reason that the Senate is still in Democrat hands. Forget the IRS scandal, forget the Benghazi scandal etc. the real scandal in my opinion is that the Tea Party is a wholly owned subsidiary of B. Obama, E. Holder, and the Democrat Party and the Tea Party takes their directions and marching orders directly from Obama and company. If I am wrong then why in the last two Senate elections did the Tea Party tote Obama’s and the Democrat’s water for them by nominating certain loosers? Another so called Tea Party victory or two and there won’t be any party left in the US Senate but the Democrat Party.

Enforcing party or policy discipline is one thing, but before you start kicking out those who only slightly disagree with you, then you better D*** be sure that you are safely in the majority before purging your ranks. The IGNORANT Tea Parties have yet to grasp this concept and they still have their a** holes where their brains are supposed to be. Kentucky is the only possible exception.

If the NSA stories are as bad as they sound, then every Congresscritter out there is quaking in fear that his/her skeletons will be release to the presstitutes if they don’t toe the line.

The coup has happened. And it sounds like the spooks at NSA are now calling the shots.

Meanwhile, being a “white man” that I am, I recently lost my job because of a background check. I was made an offer for a new job, a really good job with a very reputable company. Everything was going very smoothly. I put in my two week notice at my present employer and readied myself for my new position. The on-boarding process had begun and I was to start my new job in just a couple of days when I received a phone call from the recruiter, saying that I had been disqualified for employment. “For what?” I asked. The recruiter couldn’t tell me but gave me the phone number of the H.R. manager and asked me to call her. I did. She couldn’t tell me either but said it had to do with my “background check”. She sent the details of the background check to me. The only thing that was found was a minor misdemeanor from 1992, whereby I had inadvertently written a check with insufficient funds and had to pay a $50 fine. I had not even remembered ever having been “convicted” of a misdemeanor, I did not even realize that the offense was ever recorded as a “misdemeanor” and certainly had no knowledge of such a minor offense after more than 21 years.

I have worked for the DOD, Navy and DHS. I have held DOD security clearances. In all of these years, nobody has ever mentioned this misdemeanor to me. But, for this company, evidently this was of such a gross criminal violation that it warranted disqualification of my employment, which has now left me unemployed.

The fucked up Obama administration wants to give leniency to rapists and murderers, by hiding their criminal backgrounds, all because they are mostly “minorities” (ie: BLACK). Fuck them! I have had enough of this shit!

    • kbray in california says:

Squid, there may be a process to get that record expunged.
      There are rules for that.
Focus your anger in that direction.
It still sucks. Sorry to hear it.

      • squid2112 says:

Thanks for the advise. I am not so concerned about the offense, actually I couldn’t really give a rats ass about it. What bothers me more is the lack of demonstrable intellect by a company that touts to be a prominent financial investment leader. I, for one, would not consider placing my hard earned cash with such a company that cannot engage in any semblance of intellectual thought. In other words, they didn’t think before they acted, they didn’t take anything other than “policy” into account. They simply did not engage their brains. This episode is really a blessing in disguise as it has saved me from what I now believe would have been a big mistake on my part (going to work for them). I will be fine as I am. I am an upfront and honest type of individual and care not to hide my past from anyone. if I cannot stand up for my own actions and the things that I have done, in an open and honest fashion, then I am not a man, and I would be no more than a turd such as those that have infested our White House and government. I refuse to be like the shithead that calls himself our president, and I will not seal or hide my records or my past. I am responsible for my own actions, and I will stand up to the responsibility that it takes to meet my actions and my past head-on. It is just the way I was made… 🙂

        • I. Lou Minotti says:

Squidster, on Saturday, January 28, 1999, I was taken out of my home in handcuffs after spending the day putting the finishing touches on the tile floor of “our” remodeled kitchen. This was about 6 months after I found out the lesbian bitch I had been married to for 21 years was actually going on trips with her “dietitian trainees” to conventions, etc. I tried to keep the marriage alive, and keep my home. I had runway clearance at Philadelphia International Airport in order to escort vendors who were making their deliveries for the terminal B-C HVAC renovations, and as the general foreman for Fluidics, Inc., went through a successful FBI background check. I had no criminal record–only 1 speeding ticket. Ten minutes after I physically lifted her sorry ass out of the house and placed her on the porch, locking the door afterwards, (I didn’t hit her–that’s what pussies do), the current Chief of Mantua Township, NJ’s PD, Rodney Sawyer, took me out of my home in handcuffs and put my Remington 870 Wingmaster in the trunk of his cruiser. I lost my home, but thankfully was able to keep everything else I worked for. Three months after the divorce was finalized, an officer from the Mantua Police Department in Gloucester County, NJ bought my home from a lesbian who could no longer pay the bills. Four months after, I lost my clearance to access the areas at PHX that were required for me to do my job properly. The white descendants of those who actually BUILT this country are under a constant barrage from the left. The left includes women who don’t know what they were created for, lazy third-worlders who want a goddamn handout, and “men” who supposedly know the truth, but don’t have the balls to live it.

But you know what, Squid? You’ll make it. The Good Lord loves His Samsons.

        • Mike D says:

It likely isn’t just some random policy. As of 2011, there is a $1 million per day fine for financial institutions for employing people who have been convicted of a transactional crime. Hundreds have been fired due to it. As with many laws it was intended to target executives and serious offenses, but they wrote it so that it applied to everyone. Hundreds of people were fired, then it was changed to allow an automatic waiver under certain limits.

  6. kbray in california says:

People that were once considered “undesirables” being judged by their actions, are now considered “victims” of some ill defined “circumstances” that “forced” them into their negative situation. This “modern” posture has evolved from a false belief that we are all equal if all are given equal opportunity. Such a crock. Everyone is unique with varying abilities. Let each rise to their level. Equal ? Never. And some people will always be “undesirables”. I guess I’m not a liberal. And people that illegally smuggle into this country and suck the welfare tit are also “undesirables”. They need to go home.

  7. Jeffk says:

More short term politics. Didn’t he accuse GOP if that in a speech recently? Oh yeah, Saul Alinsky says to accuse the enemy of doing what you’re really going.
This policy will create MORE long term problems, for political expediency.

Just got back from a party and was hanging out with friends of ours – a couple of black families. As many of you know, I am an engineer; as you probably don’t know, I have been an entrepreneur and have owned a couple of small companies and my long-time business partner is black. I am third generation Danish/German; my paternal grandfather came here as a blacksmith.

Anyhow, one guy I met and was talking with is an ex-sheriff deputy (Colorado) and his son is a junior at West Point. Excellent people. Leaders. We had a great time as a number of my friends are ex-cops and he had a rafter of stories of the typical municipal corruption and the hassles he has had to face. It was all-too familiar to me. I’ve heard them before.

We are surrounded by corruption and nonsense but let’s not be fooled at all by the race card – there are jerks all over the place and the ones trying to get a free-ride on race-based preference are all too easy to spot, while truly excellent people, of all races, just soldier on doing the right thing.

Clearly, a number of Obama’s policies and proclamations can be classified as racist. I’m not sure who he is pandering to, but people I know, my friends, just ignore him. We will get through this. If you look at history, for example, there was a time in the Catholic church where there were bad pope after bad pope sometimes known as the “time of the bad popes”. They didn’t destroy Christianity. We Americans really have had a run of “bad popes” so to speak (The Clintons; the Bushes; Obama the pretender). Let’s not let them destroy our great country.

    • I. Lou Minotti says:

There can only be “good popes or bad popes” ruling America if you view political leaders as your representatives of “Government as God.” That’s what the losers appeal to–weak-willed politicians who can’t wipe their asses but who are more than willing to give losers what they want in order to stay in power. That’s the highest authority the losers can claim for their appeals–the government. They’ve finally got their god in America, made in their own image–but God have mercy on these political “gods” who are more than willing to change His rules.

    • David says:

What if there was a revolution, and no one came? Yes, great harm is being done, but in the end the world will learn that governments cannot take care of people, people take care of people, only after first taking care of themselves. It is a free choice liberty thing.

      • I. Lou Minotti says:

Thanks David, you nailed it. The problems start when the government tells you who you should be taking care of.
