One thing that all scientists who study sea ice agree upon is that under increasing temperatures, the overall long-term declining trend will continue and some summer in the future, we will look down on the North Pole and see a blue Arctic Ocean. It’s not a matter of if, but when.

That’s weird, because all I see is white.

… under increasing temperatures …
He’s smart enough to have put in a get-out clause.
Why do these people shit their pants? Calm down Walter, the ice WILL come back. Relax.
[Psssst. Walter has read these papers but is pretending otherwise. Government funding trumps ‘science’ every time.]

We should I want ice in the Arctic Ocean?
“Some summer in the future, we will look down on the North Pole and see a blue Arctic Ocean.”
Sounds good to me!
The Rowing Team said that all that white stuff is just clouds. There’s no ice. 😉
Actually though Walt is correct. Some time in the future, the sun will turn into a red giant. As the sun approaches the earth, the oceans will evaporate/boil off and sure enough, the ice will melt and for a short while, we will see a blue ocean….
Wolf!
