According to this report, there is now less sea ice in the Arctic Ocean, specifically in the Laptev Sea. No mention that sea ice has recovered this year.

Before the report on BBC t.v. there was a map showing the Arctic Ocean with absolutely no sea ice visible.
For some reason they didn’t show the map on the on-line version of the video.
Steve please do one on Antarctica’s Record ice. There is 1,000,000 more sq km of sea ice around Antartica today then there was last year on this same date. That is equal to 7 New York’s or 1 Texas and 1 Arizona combined.
