One of the key foundational concepts in the Declaration of Independence which Lincoln referred to “four score and seven years ago” is that “governments derive their only just powers from the consent of the governed.” Just 17% of Likely U.S. Voters now think the federal government has that consent.

It is a crying shame that illegal aliens are treated better than U.S. citizens. This government has ruined 225 years if greatness! I blame the whole lot of politicians. The POTUS has set America back 150 years. I’m just having a hard time understanding that since I’m a white male from the south I HAVE to be a racist. Maybe after the next 3 years of being constantly told I’m what’s wrong with the U.S. I understand.
If someone makes a bogus call claiming something is wrong at your house, there will be county deputies show up and they will come into your home and search it. Does not matter if you say ‘I do not consent’, they’re coming in. If you resist, well, your done for.

Well, if we take Romney’s famous 47% and add them to Obama’s 83% you will have well over 130%!!! Now the goal would be to win over the negative 220%, you know … those who are ‘down’ and not positive, and then you’ll have 90%, no accounting for the coveted Independents.

I don’t like the representation I’m getting. Obama ran as a liberal but is governing as a moderate. I’m quite unhappy about that.
One thing I will say for the GOP “gentlemen” serving in the US House from my district: HE RESPONDS when I send them a message. And those in the GOP NC House and NC Senate respond quickly and in person. And I’m a Bleeding heart LIBERAL DEMOCRAT.
