Olympics Postponed By Global Warming – In 1932
The Winter Olympics are being held at Yanqing, China – a place which normally receives little no precipitation during the winter. But climate propagandists are blaming the lack of snow on global warming despite the bitter cold.

“Snow rarely falls, but wind often whirls, and neither tourists nor residents ever ski here. But Olympians now do, because when China won the right to host these Winter Games, it embarked on a three-year project to build the National Alpine Ski Center “from scratch.” It was once uninhabited “steep mountain ridges,” as Li Changzhou, a deputy general manager with Beijing Enterprises Group, the property owner and constructor, said. Everything around it still is. Shrubby trees and barren hillside line the road that winds up Xiaohaituo Mountain”
According to NASA, Xiaohaituo Mountain (aka ‘the rock’) usually only sees 1.3 inches of snow in February, leaving many questioning the sense in the choice of venue.
According to the ‘Slippery Slopes‘ report recently published by Loughborough University, the Beijing Winter Games is the first to rely almost entirely on artificial snow.
The experts have warned that fake snow could become the norm for many ski resorts — especially those at lower altitudes — as climate change continues to cause global temperatures to rise.

“The last winter Games in Korea, PyeongChang 2018 had a very cold start. Extra winds shields were erected and heaters had to be brought into the stadiums. There have been growing concerns about the number of viable locations for the winter Games in the future as our climate changes. Artificial snow is becoming the norm.”
Beijing 2022. Cold, yet another Winter Olympics with artificial snow
On this date in 1932, the Lake Placid Winter Olympics had to postponed due to warm weather. They were trying to cover the slopes with snow from Canada, but it was melting as fast as they could bring it in.

The Stable Climate Of 1859
“The year 1859 was another exceptional year. In October the thermometer registered 110° in the shade, and in December occurred the most remarkable precipitation of rain ever known in the county. It was estimated that one foot of water fell within twenty-four hours. The rivers overflowed the lowlands, doing considerable damage. The starving cattle and sheep, unsheltered from the pitiless rain, chilled through, died by thousands during the storm. Large tracts of the bottom lands were covered with sand and sediment.”

“The only instance of the simoom on this coast, mentioned either in its history or traditions, was that occurring at Santa Barbara on Friday, the 17th of June, 1859. The temperature during the morning was be- tween 75° and 80°, and gradually and regularly increased until about 1 o’clock p, M., when a blast of hot air from the northwest swept suddenly over the town, and struck the inhabitants with terror, It was quickly followed by others, At two o’clock the thermometer exposed to the air rose to 133°, and continued at or near that point for nearly three hours, while the burning wind raised-dense clouds of impalpable dust. No human being could withstand the heat. All betook themselves to their dwellings, and carefully closed every door and window. The thick adobe walls would have required days to have become warmed, and were consequently an admirable protection. Calves, rabbits, birds, etc., were killed, trees were blighted, fruit was blasted and fell to the ground, burned only on one side; the gardens were ruined. At five o’clock the thermometer fell to 122°, and at seven it stood at 77°. A fisherman in the channel in an open boat came back with his arms badly blistered.”
