Well, I regret to inform you that over at Anthony’s he’s got an article that says merely walking produces more C02 than driving a car, so unless you’re cycling downhill, you’re killing the planet. Finally, justice for the SUV. 🙂

Walking briskly is the best exercise = oxidizing carbon.
Cycling on the other hand is the most energy efficient land transport.
