Start above ground nuke testing in the Artic. Problem solved. 🙂
My aunt loved to listen to taped stories but her tape recorder started shredding the tapes so we bought her a new one. Then another and another. When she demanded a fourth machine in as many months we asked her to show us what she was doing with the tapes. When she pressed the button we’d marked play and the thing didn’t immediately start she’d randomly press the buttons, jerking the tape from fast forward to rewind. It turned out she’d lost any idea of how the recorder worked and was regularly trashing the tapes.
The climate scientists have demonstrated they don’t know how the climate works but are now planning to randomly push climactic buttons in the hopes they can get the weather to play right. Gawd ‘elp us.
December in Reno is a perfect time of year to do Global Warming presentations if you are a climate realist. However if you are a promoter of the AGW propaganda winter is not the time to gain support. Chances are there will be snow on the ground outside during the presentation.
I was recently at a conference where there were several presentations/discussions were done on geoengineering to combat climate change. Looking at the titles (I admittedly didn’t go to those talks…more interested in stuff in my area), I think it best that we wait until CAGW (not just AGW) is confirmed before considering some of those routes. It’s just too risky otherwise.
