ObamaCare requires people to buy it. That is unConstitutional. That is something the Founding Fathers wanted to be free of.
The same rule should be applied to overcome the ban on the incandescent light bulb before they ban the sales of V8 engines and electric heaters.

It’s a shame Australia’s Medicare is mandatory. I guess we either don’t have a similar constitution, or no-one has challenged our legislation.
We have Medicare that is mandatory for those over 65 and every wage earner must pay into the program. It is more of a senior health welfare program based on socialist principles like Social Security.
It will be interesting to see what the supremes will say about it. But in the meantime, ahahahahahahhaha, nice try Oblahblah! Wasn’t he a constitutional law professor? haahhahahahha
Obama Determined To Thwart The Will Of The American People
that is the job of a politician.
Just read that article about the Koch brothers in The New Yorker. Scary stuff.
It features secretive campaign donations, fake citizens groups and protests, the tea party, campaigns to discredit science on environmental issues, Americans for Prosperity and other lobby groups paid to agitate against anything that might go against Koch Industries’ business interests, or those of its billionaire owners. They gave millions to lobby groups that question the scientific consensus on global warming or oppose laws to curb emissions.
They would very much like what you wrote in this posting. It made me think. Steve, how is this website funded, and what do you do for a living?
you heard of Maurice Strong?
So did he also fund groups to lobby against science and mislead the public?
Sense Seeker says:
It features secretive campaign donations, fake citizens groups and protests,
George Soros?
I receive no funding for this. I am an engineer.
AH, (non)SenseSeeker! When you cannot argue the facts, damn with false allegations! You are a true AGW clone as Amino said! Well played! I bet I could ghost write your entries as they are so predictable and come from the same old talking points.
Yes, read the science and you can indeed predict what I will write. Good for you!
Reading the science does not support what you will write. Reading the talking points from the high priest of AGW always does. Are you an accolyte? Or a part of the priestly heirachy? (Doubt the latter considering the level of your discourse).
all politics are corrupt.
watch this to see who is behind joe romm…gotta love it.
