The hot summer weather in Moscow is also a very small “proportion” of the globe. But warmists went into orgiastic tremors about it for weeks.
This guys is another hypocrite.
More snow in Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia.

If it is a white Christmas (if verified) in Atlanta it will be the first white Christmas there in 128 years
This could be Atlanta’s first white Christmas since the Chester Arthur administration (that was 1882 for non-historians).
While the metro area did receive a brief smattering of flurries in 1993, none of it stuck. Nearly a third of an inch was measured 128 years ago, a record that’s stood ever since.

I watched it snow in East Tennessee today and started with about 2 inches when I woke up. No official snow gauge but there is still about 2 inches on the ground.
Head Climatologist Says Ireland Isn’t Important….
Bulgaria, Moscow, and Philadelphia are very, very important.

……6 inches of snow Friday to Minneapolis and St. Paul. It pushed the monthly total there to 33.4 inches, topping the previous December record set in 1969.

A European Christmas Vacation……. at the airport
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20101225/ts_nm/us_weather_europe
“What’s happening in Europe is a very small proportion of the globe so we shouldn’t imagine that there’s a contradiction between a global trend that is very substantial and a short-term weather event, which although very severe, is confined to a small part of the globe.”
But Waite!! Europe isn’t the only continent on the globe covered in snow and Ice, and Europe actually plays a substantial part of the global warming statistics and it isn’t as small and insignificant as this complete tool is making out.
There is a contradiction, they said it will be a barbecue summer and a mild winter with no snow!
And the reality is (Waite for it!!) NO barbecue summer, severe record winter conditions with the heaviest snow fall in decades and record breaking cold temperatures.
You will find it very difficult to “imagine” a bigger contradiction than this.
NO barbecue summer, severe record winter conditions with the heaviest snow fall in decades and record breaking cold temperatures.
It really is getting cooler. The predictions of a little ice ago over the next 60 years may be right.
If they had a record high then it would be important. It would be a sign of global warming while the record cold is just the weather. A little ‘warmth’ in a part of Greenland and it’s a sign of global warming. Someone call Monbiot!
my niece had to cancel her flight from Atlanta today.
First white Christmas in Atlanta in 128 years.
Sorry to hear her flight was canceled.
Lots of Festive food and DRINK. This song came to mind by the Beatles.
Here come the cold and white top
It’s come groovin’ up slowly

It’s buried up to it’s knees

Maybe Ireland is just a pin prick on the map, but what about Russia, China, the United States, Australia, etc., etc. Doesn’t that count for something?
